As a HRIS Global Analyst in the ASSA ABLOY Group center, you will have an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while working with a fun, hardworking, diverse global team. As a HRIS Global Analyst you will be an important part of ASSA ABLOY's Global Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Program > Global People Solutions (GPS) as we move to SAP SuccessFactors and transform how our candidates, employees and managers interact with us, our HR processes and technology.

 

What you will be doing
 

This role will be part of a team responsible for supporting day-to-day system maintenance, data entry, global system support, and testing as we continue to develop and implement new capabilities. This position will require a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong desire to learn new skills.

 

This position will report to the GPS Global Admin and can be based in any of our offices around the globe.

 

What we are looking for

 

The ideal candidate will be excited about human resources and how data may be used to understand and improve our HR operations and employee experience. She/he You will be curious and comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to work with data, systems and people as we continue to develop and deliver a global HRIS solution.

 

If you are interested in administrating HRIS systems in areas such as data management, exports, imports, testing, implementations and integrations, this is the ideal role. You must be a demonstrated professional when interfacing and collaborating across all levels, groups and cultures as well as with external representatives.

Minimum of two (2) years related experience in human resources, HR Generalist experience, preferred along with previous exposure to HRIS environment will provide a good grounding for this intermediate level role.    

As part of a Global team, the successful candidate will require the ability to work remotely and have the flexibility to attend meetings and at times cover colleagues across timezones.
