Business Development Manager Emerging Markets (potential countries Mexico, India and Russia)

In this role you will play a key part in creating a solid ground for the development of our business in emerging markets. You will definitely find challenges, and your job is to learn from them at the same time as you find a way forward. You will be working closely together with your manager as well as other internal stakeholders, to identify the next steps in order to reach your overall objective - to build a profitable business.

In this role you will get exposed to senior leaders within ASSA ABLOY, which offers great career opportunities for future General Management positions or functional roles.

You will be based out of Landskrona, Sweden, or in one of the countries mentioned, and report to Entrance Systems' VP Emerging Markets, with a 12-36 months placements in an emerging market. Travel will be needed in this role.

Key responsibilities for you in this role will include working closely together with the Business Unit Manager to develop the local market, in order to develop and accelerate our presence in the country. Together you will be working on developing the division's complete product offering in different segments, both direct and indirect channels.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a commercially and business focused and courageous leader who thrives in a dynamic and demanding environment. Further we see you as a people focused, dynamic, business oriented and communicative person with interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. You are commercial and sales focused, and you get energized by working in an environment characterized by speed and change.

We think you have 3-7 years' work experience after graduating, minimum Bachelor level, and are keen to try a new challenge and build a career within ASSA ABLOY to further develop the commercial and management skills you have obtained so far.

High proficiency in English is needed in this role, and additional languages beneficial.
