Global HR Manager
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions | Hospitality is looking for a Global HR Manager.
About the role
As Global HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the VP & HR Business Partner Hospitality, translating strategy into impactful HR initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams, and provide HR solutions that drive business results while aligning with organizational objectives.
Your main responsibilities
- Drive and contribute to the design and implementation of key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction, talent management and retention, performance management, employee engagement surveys etc.
- Contribute actively to global HR projects
- Drive the expansion and enhancement of programs such as mentorship to support organizational growth
- Manage culture initiatives to ensure that our entrepreneurial culture maintains momentum
- Support M&A processes, including due diligence, post-acquisition integration
- Work in close interaction with HR colleagues and managers around the world
- Analyze HR KPIs to build relevant action plans and propose effective initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously propose initiative on how to improve our HR processes.
- Ensure the application of all HR processes and good usage of our HRIS to ensure accuracy in the system
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing advice and guidance to leaders and HR colleagues to ensure initiatives align with business objectives and support high-performing teams
Who you are
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years' HRBP experience in an international environment
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- You are flexible and able to handle and navigate changes
- You have a ‘get things done’ mentality, you are innovative and able to engage with management
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across regions, cultures, and functions
- Experience in an international or regional context to navigate diverse business environments and support cross-border HR initiatives
- Team player
- Self-organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French would be a plus)
- Agility to move from strategic / tactical matters to operational requirements
