Indirect Business EMEA, through its legal entity Dynaco Europe, distributes industrial doors and dock equipment via a strong network of dealers and partners in over 80 countries worldwide. The headquarters is located in Moorsel (Aalst), Belgium.

Business Development Manager After Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager After Sales to strengthen and grow our service offering across Europe.
This new role is key in helping Indirect Business EMEA and its dealers grow the aftermarket business, i.e. spare parts sales, maintenance services, repairs and other value-added solutions, by developing and promoting service strategies tailored to our indirect sales model.
Success in this role will require strong collaboration with our dealers, actively listening to their input and understanding their and the market’s needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about building service programs that create mutual value and long-term growth.
Key accountabilities
- Develop and implement service growth strategies in collaboration with dealers and internal sales teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales and service sales through partner channels.
- Support dealers in building their own service capabilities, including training, tools, and best practices.
- Create and roll out service programs, campaigns, and materials to enhance partner engagement.
- Analyse market trends and partner performance to guide service development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Sales, and Product Management teams.
- Represent Dynaco Europe in service-related discussions with dealers, including occasional travel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in service development, aftermarket sales, or partner support—preferably in industrial or technical environments.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
