Indirect Business EMEA, through its legal entity Dynaco Europe, distributes industrial doors and dock equipment via a strong network of dealers and partners in over 80 countries worldwide. The headquarters are located in Moorsel (Aalst, North-West of Brussels), Belgium.

To further strengthen our market position and support the development and delivery of key strategic projects and other initiatives, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Project Excellence Manager. preferrably in Belgium or Sweden!

 

Ensure successful project management to drive growth

  • Lead Indirect Business EMEA’s Project Management Office
  • Own a dedicated portfolio of strategically important projects and ensure their execution and success
  • Collaborate with IB EMEA leadership to ensure timely delivery of key milestones

Set processes for operational efficiency

  • Drive the customer account opening and extension process
  • Set working process in different areas of the company to increase efficiency and reduce friction  
  • Analyze sales data to assist the organization making informed decisions
  • Assist the Head of Commercial Excellence managing the IB EMEA Partner Program
  • Drive ad-hoc projects in different areas of the business when needed, e.g. sales, data analysis, legal, operations.

Develop communications material for increased clarity and consistency

  • Prepare and execute partner and sales events, together with other colleagues and external partners
  • Together with the marketing team, align on internal and external communication
  • Prepare corporate presentations for internal and external use

Strong business acumen, can-do attitude, informal leader in an international context

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in an industrial B2B product or sales environment.
  • You have proven experience in project management; experience in an international context is an asset.
  • You can develop and implement long-term strategies while effectively managing day-to-day operations.
  • You communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening, coaching and presentation skills. You have proven informal leadership skills, with the ability of influencing stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • You have cultural awareness, having ability to drive projects successfully with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and cultures at different levels in the organization.
  • You are autonomous and flexible, and you can plan your days and weeks efficiently. You tolerate uncertainty and can take the initiative when needed.
  • You are based anywhere in Europe and are prepared to travel up to 20% of your time.
  • You have an advanced level of English; other language skills are an asset.
  • You report to the Head of Commercial Excellence
