Sales Specialist

Location: Warka ul. Gośniewska 24

Donimet - manufacturer of specialist and anti-burglary doors

It is a leader among suppliers of doors in the military and other uniformed services.

 

Specified scope:

· Active customer acquisition and responses to requests for quotes,

· Analysis of customer needs and technical capabilities of the company

· Preparation of price and available offers

· Determination of terms of use within the offers (sales invoices / advance payments / construction works agreement)

· Determination of the order execution schedule in cooperation with the department approved by Production

· Checking scheduled tests before introducing the product into production,

· Informing the customer about the progress of the project

· Initial after-sales care and transfer of information to departments (compliance with documentation for the customer, using the acceptance protocol)

· Participation in meetings and training for architects and external offices

· Daily split reporting (DRP - Daily sales report, execution of offers on a given day) of works and investment trip to the supervisor

· Participation in the connected device

· Supporting the team in achieving the goal

 

Requirements:

· Higher technical education, min. secondary

· Experience in the construction or technical industry

· Experience in working with the Client

· Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD

· Ability to read technical drawings

· Knowledge of English

· Ability to plan and organize work time

· Ability to work in a team and coordinate tasks

· Goal orientation and high motivation
