Pre-Sales – Senior System Engineer (VIC)

What You’ll Do

• Technical Solution Design: Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions that meet business objectives.

• Pre-Sales Support: Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients, showcasing the value of SKIDATA solutions.

• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring solutions align with their requirements.

• Proposal Development: Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and responses to tenders/RFPs in collaboration with the sales team.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and project teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Market & Technology Insights: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and market trends, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a pre-sales, system engineering, or technical consulting role

• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, software solutions, and system integration

• Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations and solution proposals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

• Good written and spoken English skills (B1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
